General Questions

Call, text, email or fill out the booking form for a personal quote. A walk through is often needed to provide a more accurate hourly quote.

No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time I was actually at your home working. If I finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.

No; while having a short walk through and/or meet and greet is recommended, many clients opt out of this option.

Yes. I bring all of my own supplies; however if you prefer me to use something specific than the home owner provides the product. I bring a well maintained Dyson vacuum with a soft bristle hard floor attachment for hard floors only and I use my clients vacuum for carpet/rugs to ensure the vacuum used suits the different types of carpeting.

Scheduling Questions

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let me know how to access your house by contacting me directly.

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, I will contact you to let you know the ETA.

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.
